A2 Fillet knife

Has any1 ever used this for a fillet knife? i had searched the post and didnt find much info. Anyways i have some 1/16 thick PG A2 that if i read the charts right should make excellent fillet knifes. I have an electric oven to get the best out of the A2 also and was planning on doing a plate quench. Any suggestions or comments? thanks Pete
 
If you don't mind having a non-stainless knife , it's a very fine steel. BRKT uses it often.
It is a complex steel so needs percise time and temperature to HT properly.Plate quench is the way to do it using foil of coarse.
