I'd really like to see more of the detail on the knife. The handle looks thoughtfully shaped. I love black and blue G10, especially when you can see the layers. The blade could use a small cutout after the ricasso. The blade shape is very practical.

Keep gindin' em out. I love 3-4.5" utility knives. They are my primary collecting interest.

Thanks for the feedbach guys.
Here are a couple more pics. The G10 I used has alot of small layers an is very subtle. (and a pain in the but to get a good pic of).
The reason I didn't put a small choil or spanish notch on this model was due to customer feed back. Many of the guys who own knives similar to this one said that they didn't like them(choil or spanish notches) because the have a tendence to hang up or catch as your are cutting. I do think they look cool though. Maybe on the next one I make like this, just for you guys.

I forgot to add that the pins are black micarta.

If I may make a few comments. The coolest black and blue G10 handle I've ever seen is the one currently being offered on the Busse FBM. I like it so much because there is contour on the side of the handle, and it really shows off the different layers. I think your handle could be taken from good to exceptional if you ground two or three very gentle curves. I'm thinking about where the pinkie, middle finger, and thumb wrap around the handle.

While using a knife last night, I cought something on the notch in a blade. It was a minor annoyance, but one that I'll accept for the inevitable ease of sharpening payoff.

I like the tooling on the sheath. It looks tight and professional. I prefer leather sheaths for knives with natural handles, and synthetic sheaths for knives with synthetic handles. Obviously, there are many people who disagree with me, though.

I think that this pattern has a lot of potential. It could become a really great knife. That said, I'm sure that this one is a very good tool. Whomever buys it is going to be a happy guy.

Keep on grinding and keep on posting. I look forward to your next offering.

Jimi, you are a bad man! That was my favourite knife you had on your table.

If only I wasn't in The Doghouse.... I'd be all over it.

Keep up the good work!!!
