Mini review of my A2 Tanto... I have been using mine for yard duty: pruning hanging limbs from canadian chokecherries, pruning down spirae shrubs, raising the canopy on a Forest Pansy Redbud, etc, etc. The chisel/tanto grind is excellent at these tasks and the A2 steel holds a good working edge for a good amount of work. It is brought back to shaving sharp with 25-35 swipes on a compound loaded leather strop. A slightly larger knife would be better suited for some of these tasks and despite a hot-spot or two from the cord wrap, I love this little blade and am now a huge fan of DFK!
