Euro Chef’s Knife
Blade- 7 1/8" Handle- 4 3/4" Steel- 1/8" 52100 high carbon steel, Thin Flat Grind With A Hand Rubbed Finish. Black G-10 with 1/8" natural micarta liners, brass mosaic and pins.
This knife has seen very light use and is in like new condition. Purchased it for my wife, however, she prefers to use her everyday Wustoff knives. Feels that this one is too nice to use ! Pricing is inclusive of G&S PayPal fees and Priority Mail shipping, CONUS only. Sorry, not interested in trades at this time.
