Well a couple weeks ago the man himself called me and said that he will personally pick out a brand new Sebenza Insingo for me. It was cool talking to Mr. Reeve on the phone for a couple minutes as I am sure he is a busy man. Hows that for CS

Well well well.

UPS just stopped by and dropped off my brand new Insingo. I must say that this is one it top notch F&F and is crazy smooth out the box. And I mean smooth and easy just like my older Lg Regular thats nicely broken in. Man this thing is sweet. And only 6 days old. Talking bout hot off the press.

Great job Mr. Reeve and company. This is why so many love your products and your service.

Great ending to the story. Always good to hear some companies still have amazing CS like this.

I love the insingo btw.
 
that's why i buy CRK's,i got a umfaan in for service,and can't wait to get it back!! and you even got his autograph...........can't beat that....
 
That letter says it all about the company and and the knives that they make. It dosen't get any better than that.

Awesome, thats cool not to hear "sell it" when you have a problem, id skip on the umnum they seem to have a as is policy on those.
 
Great customer service,,,theres alot to be said about Mr Reeze right there.Its nice to see theres great customer service behind this great product if it is ever needed.
 
Glad to hear you're satisfied with the new Insingo. If they ever offer the Micarta scales on that model, I'll buy. BTW, you never mentioned if the chamfer lines are the same on the new one too. I'm thinking it's just how they're made, and not a mistake.

Yea, a Micarta Insingo would be sweet. Also the chamfer lines do line up on the new one.
