AAAGH! What's wrong with my Carbon Fiber Dragonfly

I recently Purchased a Carbon Fiber Dragonfly. It has a serrated blade. I was happy with it until I noticed that the area on the Carbon Fiber around the fasteners was blistered and in some places, cracked. Also, the movement was a bit rough (but this might just be because it is new). I can't find any mark on the blade to indicate that it is a second, but I might not be looking in the right place. I am considering returning the knife. Please advise. . . Sal?

NFMee - You can send it o us to check it out, however, we are not making these anymore and would not be able to replace it with the same model.

Ewok and Sal - I got it on auction on Ebay. I am trying to return it to the seller. If he won't take it back, i'll send it to Spyderco

Thanks

P.S. Sal, if you can't replace it with the same, can you substitute another

Ewok,
I recently got a CF Dragonfly from Fogdog. The carbon fiber is okay, except for some minor imperfections around the lanyard hole.

Interestingly enough though, the knife had obviously been used prior to sale -- the edge was blunted.

I noticed the same sort of thing with the CF scales on some that I got from BladeForums. If figured that might have been why they were heavily discounted, and at the heavily discounted price I don't mind. They work just fine.
