Aaron Hogue dies in jet crash

Yeah, condolences to his family. Hopefully none of them were in Reno to witness this tragedy.

My buddy just sent me a pic of the article to where the owner has passed away in a plane crash. I’ve never owned a Hogue knife but his designs looked pretty solid! Pretty sad news as he looked pretty young just thought I’d share the news.

Yeah, it definitely sucks. His knives look top notch for sure. I think there was another thread dedicated to what had happened, as well.

So sad may he rest in peace. I didn't even know that air racing was a thing. At least he went out doing what he loved.

I saw the video when it happened. Terrible but it looked like something broke on the plane and he rode it into the ground to not risk others. And he was winning the race when it happened.
