I'm relatively new at collecting knives. I buy everything over the net, and have had only a couple of bad experiences (no names, but these people are not affiliated what so ever with the forums). Through no fault of the dealer, one of the purchases I made recently had a minor defect from the factory. The dealer is Mike from ABC. I called and spoke to him on Monday, and without hesitation, he told me to send it back for replacement. I sent the knife back on Monday, and have the flawless replacement in my hand as I am typing this message. The original purchase was fast and friendly as well. In my opinion, service from a dealer can't get any better than this!!! Good prices too.
