Just wanted to share an experience that branched off a negative experience I had on the exchange, which we shall not talk about as that subject has been discussed already. I purchased a Diving Sparrow knife, a Saker, off the exchange which came in damaged, and after contacting Abe from Diving Sparrow, as I wanted to get one of his sheaths made out for it, and talking with him about life, the knife and how I came by it and it's condition he did something I really wasn't expecting, which is to stand by his product even though it was not purchased through him. He offered to cover my shipping to have it shipped out to him and clean the knife up for me so I could get a real first impression with one of his knives. I for one am not used to that kind of kindness or customer service, even having not bought the knife directly from him, so it took me aback a bit and it really makes me appreciate that there are people out there who stand by their product one hundred percent no matter what and care enough to make sure you are completely satisfied with it. That is amazing, and it was really kind of him to offer that up so I could get the best experience possible from a Diving Sparrow knife. So I just wanted to really say thank you to Abe and also share this with you guys. Abe is a stand up guy and the kind of person you could only hope to do business with always. A true gentleman, and also very knowledgeable about more than just knives. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Abe, and when I finish paying for my wedding this year I will certainly be placing an order for my first true custom from Diving Sparrow (Only problem is there are too many choices!).

Thanks Abe! As a Canadian I am very proud to own one of your knives.
