Suggestion ability to tag users with notes

Not sure if this has been suggested before - I searched but didn't find anything.

I know you can ignore specific users, but it'd be useful if you could also tag other users with specific keyworks or phrases, that only you can see. For example, if there's a user who's particularly helpful (or unhelpful) it'd be nice if I could tag them as such, to remind me when seeing their future posts.
