I have been getting into old fashioned knives lately and carry a Bone Stag Cattle King along with my fave Benchmade tactical. the service I got from Bill and his wife was great and I wish that all customer service in this world was like what I got from them. I lived in the South for quite some time in my life and i do appreciate the southern hospitality!

You got my 4th, I ordered a RAT-5 from him in the spring, He must have went to the mail right after we talked ,from him to northern Ontario 5 days.
 
I ordered a knife from them on 10-06-06. The item has not arrived nor has any tracking info. The phone number on the web site (931-537-9662) is not being answered. Is it typical to take more than a week for them to ship USPS to Florida?
 
I believe that Bill personally inspects each item as it goes out.

Keep trying the phone--eventually you'll get an answer. Seriously, nothing to worry about--they are really tops in service.
 
Bill's a really good guy.
All my buys online from him been great, and I've had a couple of excellent phone conversations with him as well about Case, Queen, and Tennessee.
 
Another thumbs up here....I ordered a Queen Crimson Mountain Man on monday and it arrived thursday morning. I highly recommend CKW.
 
I have been getting knives from Bill for several years, you can't go wrong with him. He is always happy to talk knives every time you call!:thumbup:
 
Thanks for the replies. I have seen nothing but good things about them. I have gotten a little paraniod over the last few months from four or five dealers who advertised items in stock only to find out weeks later that the items were not in stock. They did not inform me of the problem until I told them that I was ready to do a charge back. This was after numerous e-mails and phone calls on my part. I guess the fear kicked in when I could not get anyone on the phone. I do appreciate and believe the good things you all have to say about their service. I will be patient and wait for the knife.
