about GEN5 (005BNSCC) 's serial number

i saw a GEN 5 (005BNSCC) , i knew this one is 1/135, but there is serial number 2150/135 on blade.

so , what does 2150 mean?

It has to be this one and the 2150 would be the member number of the member that ordered it.
