I bought some abrasive belts, 2x72's, from these folks ar Knife Expo in Feb, I was favorably impressed and oredered some more on April 4. The belts arrived promptly.
When I started using the 36 grit belt, it parted next toi the joint. I was flat grinding. I tried another and it worked fine. Had the third blow up in my face this morning so I called them
The response was great. The recently developed a problem in their splice shop. The problem has been rectified on their end. They told me to throw away the 36 grit belts, they had new ones on the way. They explained that in 15 years they've never had a problem. Suddenly there is a
problem and they are on top of it.
Excellent customer service. Their biggest concern was that I didn't get injured. I'd highly recommend them. Their 60 grit belts last about half as long as a Blaze belt, at a third the price.
I wish all vendors worked like this.
