Abrasives

I was cruising on ebay and found a company called Hermes Abrasives. Prices were fairly reasonable. Has anyone used any of these products? I'm sure they can't compare with the major manufacturers of high quality belts. A cheap belt is a cheap belt and a diaper is a diaper.

I've used hermes before. They aren't bad belts. They didn't bump and lasted longer then I thought they would. Obviously not a trizact, but not that bad at all.

They are in fact very good belts for certain applications. I did try a ceramic belt they made which unless very improved was junk. Their very flexible belts are ones I use often. Frank

yeah, i think mine were j belts.

I use the Hermes 220 and 400 grit J flex belts with good results. The last pretty long.

Hermes are OK. I like the 220 and 400 as well.
