ABS issue/question

I know I posted this same question a few weeks back, so I apologize in advance for doing it again. Is anyone else having trouble getting items from the ABS Store on the ABS website? I ordered Jim Batson's book probably 9 or 10 weeks ago now, and am still waiting. Got an email over 2 weeks ago (going on 3 now), that my order was "being processed - sorry for the delay." I've since sent 3 or 4 emails and haven't even had the courtesy of getting a reply. I have the "info@" address for the ABS, but that doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere, and now I'm just starting to get mad - I don't like feeling like I've been ripped off. :mad: Can anyone, preferrably another ABS member, suggest some way to get this resolved, maybe via phone if there's a phone number for the ABS? Any help with this would be most appreciated.
 
You're not getting ripped off, the ABS is just very, very slow to do anything. Best bet, is a phone call to Jan but in this case I would call Greg Neely. I'll see if I can dig up the phone numbers.
 
I had the same "do they have my money / do they know I exist " question and no kidding the next day my package arrived, so hang tight . I think things must run on a more "be relaxed , don't worry" philosophy. I wish I could sometimes. Paul
