Acceptable price for a carbonV srk?

I have an opportunity to buy an srk carbonV and would like to know what you would think is a reasonable price for it. It is supposedly in "as new" condition, carbon V and not a factory second.
Also, how do I know to distinguish a factory second?

for value check what they are going for auctionwise on fleabay,if it is a factory second it will have a number 2 on the butt of the handle
 
Maybe $80 tops? With box I guess a bit higher? They're getting into collectible territory so I suppose some would pay more.
 
I had one with the older style sheath for about ten years. Never used it, and sold it to a buddy for $50 last year.

I just looked on the bay, and one just like the one I sold is about to close for a bit over $100. That seems high to me, but maybe the one's with the older style sheath are bringing more.

Like crom said, I would think around $80.
