I bought a used kershaw leek off of ebay cheap a year ago and it showed some use with badly scratched up sides so I decided to try my hand at stone washing it in a rock tumbler with some small pebbles. After the first pass through just using some dish soap it looked better but the scales still needed some more and I threw them back in by themselves over night with just wet stones and for some reason they came out dark. It looks pretty nice I think
