ACTION ALERT! WA “Spring Blade” Knife Ban Repeal Set for Senate Vote

The Washington “Spring Blade” Knife Ban Repeal bill, SB 5782, that didn’t receive a House floor vote last year as time ran out after passing the Senate and its House committee, has been sent to the floor for a vote by the full Senate in the coming days.

If you live, work or travel to Washington, please use Knife Rights’ Legislative Action Center to ask Senators to vote YES on SB5782 as they did last year, 46-1: https://kniferights.org/resources/congressweb/#/26

If again passed by the Senate, it will then move over the the House for consideration again. Knife Rights continues to work closely to make sure legislators and Washington civil rights organizations are educated on the benefits of repealing Washington’s archaic ban on “spring blade” knives.
