It's crappy quality, grainy, and poorly lit, but here is a video I took in Arenal, Costa Rica of the active volcano that is in front of the hotel. Enjoy.
No A/C, no TV, lots of bugs, water is suspect, construction standards are pretty poor, etc. Despite all that, it was the best place I have ever stayed (seriously). How many placed do you get to lay in bed and look out floor to ceiling plate glass windows at an active volcano?
Lunch and dinner was decent, but not great. The city was about 30 minutes away on some really rough roads, so we just ate at the hotel every meal. The breakfast was free, and awesome.
