They are just cartoon stars posing as knifemakers.

Just as I suspected, Tom has Jerry eating out of the palm of his hand

It's only a mistake if you fail to learn from it!

Is there any way to move this thread? it is becoming more difficult, lately, to obtain advice and discussions of material and methods here.

Goodness, this again? Rob Simonich answered your question!

You know, here in Alberta, the bull trout is protected (0 keep limit) because they are so easy to catch. They just keep taking the bait over and over .......

Of course bull trout tend to be fightgers and I've noticed the fish on this board are gentler and kinder.

No intent of moving or locking these threads.

Looks to me like every knifemaker question that's asked gets answered, every time. That's what we're all here for.

Since we can't bash others, humor is our only stress relief

Just wish he worked for bananas. It would be cheaper. I heard that's what you pay Jerry.

actually Jerry quit and went back to the marshlands where hes from....when he heard that I had hired Rob and was looking into hiring Ken Onion and Jim Sorenberger he went on strike and left for the coast....too bad, he complained about everyone stealing his limelight. Keep a heads up for a post about my visit to his shop in the swamp as I am going there soon to try and convince him to come back.
