So I'm reading "Forbes" the other day and I'm noticing all the ads. None for knives, of course, but plenty for $5000.00 watches and junk like that. Then I have a small thought. Why not a Spyderco ad in "Forbes"?? Well I imagine cost is one reason, but someday it should be feasible.
Anyway what I see is a full-page ad, showing some well dressed business executive trying to open a package with their $300.00 fountain pen, and getting ink all over their $1800.00 suit. Then standing right beside the ink stained executive, another well-dressed executive using his Calypso to safely open his package. Maybe pulling out another Spyderco. Have a witty saying across the top, something like Which one would you want at your next board meeting? Spyderco. Making an executive even sharper.
Like I said, just a small thought. I have them every few months or so.
