AD10 Mods... anyone?

Let's wake this thread up.
Recently I've won my very first CS knife. It was AD10 in S35vn and black G10.
I liked this knife from the very begining. Reminded me my ZT 0200 by how it feels in hand. At a first glance I was extremely satisfied with build quality, construction/design and materials. But then I'd noticed that black "plasticish" backspacer. I was 100% sure that it was some sort if plastic and thought - "how could it be? Such a tank-built knife, excellent mechanics and ergonomics but why is there that" plastic" backspacer?
So, regarding to that this AD10 folder is meant for hard use purposes I thought that backspacer should be made out of titanium + exegerate it functionality by adding glassbraker. So, the next day, I sent my CS Demko knife to a knife master. In 4 days I got it back with new VT5 titanium(ussr made grade of titanium) backspacer equiped with glassbraker made from ceramic bearing ball.
And about that "plasticish" original one backspacer. It was kinda surprise - backspacer was actually made out of alluminium alloy but was so thickly powdercoated that it felt like plastic when touched.
Anyway here is what it's like now:

I love your mods. Kudos for making it truly "yours" now. I'd venture to say there's not another one like it in the entire world!

Your craftsman did a fine job. I like how he elongated the lanyard hole. Thank you for sharing and explaining everything!

Try to take a guese how much that Ti backspacer cost?
It was created from a scratch.
P. S. : next thing I will mod will be the clip. Like in first posts of this topic.

I'd wager a custom piece that nice probably cost more than the entire knife itself.

Well! You ain't gonna belive this, but total cost with all the shipping was ~28$, shipping itself was ~5$.

P. S. : this particular craftsman lives in 80km away from battleline(frontlines?) and he is still working, creating and producing custom stuff!

Where did you get that backspacer and can we get more or did you have to send your knife to a private knife maker to have this done id love to just buy one and put it in my knife myself

Ukraine. And yes, You'd have to send your knife to that craftsman in order to get made one for yourself. He is making this kind of Ti backspacer with glassbraker for my new Swift 3 now. Will receive it this week and post some pics in corresponding thread later on.

Maybe he kept the pattern/dimensions of the one he made for your ad10 and could make a few for us?
I've been looking everywhere for one and kinda surprised there weren't a bunch of options. Currently waiting for my OG gunstock scales and one of these would look awesome with them

I will ask him if he saved that blueprint. Also he's in process of making one like this for my Swift 3. Will show it as soon as I receive it back from crafter.
Problem is ruzzians bombed out water suply station where that craftsman lives. So he had to drill the water well and install all necessary equipment to have water for his family. Backspacer for sure not in priority in this situation. So I just patiently wait.
