Tl;dr:
Adam Fischer Adam Fischer took my money, delivered an empty box, and failed to communicate on the issue. I have my $$ back and strongly suggest folks steer well clear of Adam.

On December 10th of last year, I purchased two TNT-15s from Adam Fischer. After the standard back-and-forth, we agreed on a price, I sent over the $$, and Adam provided me with a picture of the label and tracking.

The package was in transit for about a week and a half. Adam's communication during this time wasn't great as he only replied once and seemed relatively nonchalant about the situation. I don't blame Adam for the lengthy transit time. It was the holidays and USPS tends to get overwhelmed around that time. His communication, on the other hand, was decidedly lacking though I wrote this off as the holiday season at the time.

I received the package on 12/20. It arrived badly ripped and empty. Essentially there was a large tear in the box which only contained packing materials but no INFI.

I contacted Adam as soon as I saw the package and sent him pics of the package. There was no response.

I contacted him again on 12/28 and told him I'd be opening a PP case on the matter if I did not hear back. I got a near-immediate response and was told he'd look into it. At this stage, I expected him to file an insurance claim and ask me to fill in or sign the affidavit that comes with it. No luck.

I contacted again on 12/30 and got a response about talking to the postmaster general. I honestly didn't understand what that's meant to accomplish as it's a simple matter of an insurance claim but figured he's entitled to address the issue however he likes.

I contacted again on 1/3 and got no reply. At this stage, I decided that Adam was simply disinterested in resolving the issue so I filed a PP claim. After no reply via PP, Adam shared something with them that I don't have access to on 1/16. From what the CSR told me it was a statement that read along the lines "I completed my responsibility in this matter" though I am paraphrasing what the CSR told me.

As of this afternoon, I got my $$ back. I am debating posting a thread on Paypals non-sense through this but that's a topic for (possibly) another thread.

Based on the above, Adam is, at best, irresponsible and a liar and, at worst, an outright thief. Either way, I strongly suggest folks steer clear.

I've attached the PMs on the matter with edits for addresses and the like. I believe Mods can read our PMs so, should there be a wish to do so, they can confirm that the attached are complete and correct except for the aforementioned edits and some formatting issues with printing to PDF.

I am, of course, happy to update the above with additional info as it comes up.
