Update:
so ive ordered new omega springs from BM,
and this time again the customer service experience was incredibly good.
(wish other companies has such level of service!)

yesterday i replaced the single remaining very week spring,

and then what happened was MAGIC
it took the hole play right out.. fixed it 100%.
so happy, couldn't believe it will worked so well

I called benchmade and they told me that I would have to send it in for omega spring replacement. What number did you call and who did you talk to? I don't want to send mine in. Thanks

That is good to hear, I might try and order me some springs. I'm not sure that will fix mine, I always attributed it to the coating. I'm leery about sending my knife in.

Did you ever contact benchmade and would they send you any omega springs. I called them and they said I would have to send it in.

Benchmade will not sent replacement Omega springs in the mail.

They have been known (As I have seen it several times) to make an exception to accommodate owners overseas who because they live in another country can't necessarily send their knife in. But that is an exception I've only seen granted to overseas owners.

I hope this clarifies this for you.

Your best and probably only bet is to contact BM and make arrangements to send your knife in

Glad I came across this, I was just about to order an Adamas.

you should DEFINITELY order the Adamas, its Above & beyond anything in my collection.
playing with it 24/7 & i love it!
