Add a lanyard hole to small fixed blade?

Hello. I have a Blind Horse Knives Frontier First I picked up a bit ago. I love this knife but am wondering if a lanyard hole could be added. It only has two brass pins in the micarta so not sure how possible this is, but I'm in interested. Pic attached. Please send PM or email to mbplitt@gmail.com.
