Ah, if only it were that simple.

On a somewhat related note. I used to play a few of those shooting games on the PS2. You know the ones where you use the little orange gun. One day I got bored and gutted the little thing. A couple hours and a sacrificed airsoft gun later, I was sitting in my living room with an M-4 with a reflex sight blasting bad guys.
