Hey all, I have a spare 3hp Baldor sitting around that I have been trying to find a use for. I was thinking about picking up one of those multitool 2x48 belt grinders to keep scotch-brites on but they only make it for threaded grinders.

Does anyone know of a product on the market that will add a threaded shaft onto a standard motor? Any other suggestions?

Thanks

get a threaded arbor to slip over the shaft. if your shaft is large enough to thread i can ask my buddy about threading it on his lathe.

Try Grainger. Several companys make adaptors, in a variety
of sizes.....for right or left side...for just this purpose.

Thanks guys, I will check my Grainger catalog. Never done this before so I didn't know where to start.
