Hi,

I need some guidance. My Strider SnG just recently started showing sings of lock rock - it's very very minimal, but it's there.

The fix would be to add some material to the stops on the scales - I tested this by adding thin layers of aluminum tape and it completely got rid of the play.

I'd like to add a bit of meat there - but what's the best thing to use? JB Weld? Metal Epoxy? anything else?

here is the areas I want to beef it up.

thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Nothing you put there will stay.
Maybe a larger thumb stud?
