adding serrations

If I were to get a MT Amphib that's not serrated, caould I add a few teeth after the fact? Problem is that I like to have a few serrations but on some of the Amphibs the serrations go too far.

888knivesrus.com does custom serrations. They actually base theirs off the Microtech pattern, so it'd be a good match. If it's an auto, you should probably just send the blade. Not sure what the cost'd be (they charge $2, but that's on a knife you're already purchasing), but it doesn't cost anything to ask.
