Coming from a seller's side of the fence here. I just made a mistake & with regret, overlooked a note in an email,with the correct address.
I apologize for that.
But if you move,or ?,please,take the time to put the current ,and or,correct address in your Paypal.

With many emails inbound,with questions about knives & buying & selling,many boxes going out,doing so will eliminate potential human error. It is for your own protection to put the correct address in your Paypal

I have done this as well. In my case I got lucky and the buyer was cool with it. He had emailed me his shipping address, and it got lost 50 emails later. I shipped it to the paypal address listed witch was his current address but he wanted me to ship it to his work address so he could sign for it. In my case i was just glad it was his current address. All it cost him was a drive to the post office.
 
I'll only ship to the address Paypal has as a confirmed address otherwise there's no protection against a fraudulent claim. So yes keeping your paypal info updated is important.
 
I completely agree. A Paypal verified address provides increased security for both the buyer and the seller, along with increasing convenience for both. I always do my best to make note to buyers to remember to include a verified address.

This is common sense, or it should be. Again, if everyone does their part, there is no reason to have any kind of trouble. By communicating, we can understand each other and make arrangements properly.
 
As a buyer when you receive an email confirmation for your order please take a moment to review it for accuracy. For instance, billing & shipping addresses, products, pricing, shipping charges, etc. In case of mistakes, email vendor promptly with corrections.
