I borrowed some ideas from internet and I have made a knife grinding device which can be used successfully by professionals as well as amateurs.
It is easy to use, makes excellent uniform jumps. It has quick and precise angle adjustment by virtue of dial, which I have installed.
If is made of brass because this material allows easy sliding aver different kinds of metal without wearing.
It has good heat exchange and does not allow the blade to be overheated and when is cooled with water it does not rust.
Since I have used this jig my performance has increased many times.
There are no more worn out and discarded units.
