Adjustable Liner?

Just read that the Spyderco Starmate has an adjustable liner. I have a Starmate. Don't see an adjustment. Anyone know where it might be?

The Starmate and Military have an eccentric pivot. The pivot screw can be rotated to tighted up the lock. However, this should only be done by Spyderco. If your Starmate ever has a problem just send it back.

I second Johnny on this. The pivot, as I understand it, is an eccentric cam that moves the blade tang ramp closer to the liner lock. It requires a special tool to properly adjust it and Spyderco will do it for free. Send the knife in if it needs it, thought neither my Military nor my StarMate have needed it.

I might add that it will probably be a loooong time before that adjustment needs to be made. This design looks like it'll be around to leave to your kids when you get way old and take the big sleep.
