Adopt a soldier

My daughter Gwyneth's preschool did this adopt a soldier program and all the kids had to bring something in to give the soldier. He's a 19yr. old kid getting ready to go over seas.

They were told to bring a magazine,card,photo, ect, but after thinking I suggested to her we give him a cross, and she liked the idea, and then we made this lil pouch for it. I could easily fit into a pocket, or pack, and in time of need I feel it will do him more good than a book or magazine will.

she is very excited to take it into school tomorrow, and I told her I'd post a picture of it for her.

Really cool Andy. Me and some buds were adopted by a high school class near Chicago during Desert Storm. The girls were inviting us to prom and stuff, luckily for the whole school district we didn't return until home the Summer
