ADV trailboss first production prototype vs regular. Any difference?

Hello everyone, I seek those of you who are adv fans. What is the differences between these two knives? I have a first production prototype, is is worth any more? Should I carry it any more than I have been. I didn't notice it was a prototype till after I bought it

My guess is that the customer disservice might be identicle. There are a lot of discussions of very poor service coming out of that manufacturer. To each their own I guess.

I've never dealt with Andre, soi wouldn't know. But I have heard that he isn't the most pleasant guy to work with. So far though it seems to me he makes one hell of a knife

It seems like he either makes tons of protos or they change hands quite often for the normal rate.
