This is an adventure sworn classic bushcrafting knife with a scandi grind in 01 tool steel at 5/32 of an inch thick.
Blade 4"/OAL.8.5"
4/5 handle thickness.
The handles are red and blue dyed redwood burl with cinnamon red liners.
It has brass Loveless bolts and a brass tube.
It comes with a JRE dangler leather sheath in a left-handed model.
I spoke with Amber at Adventure sworn Factory, asking her about this knives history. She explained that the logo which is horizontal across the blade denotes that this knife was manufactured somewhere between March and may of 2012.
I asked her about spa treatment, she replied it takes one to two weeks.
For full disclosure I can say this knife has a small chip in the back of the handle on the scale and that there is patina developing along the blade.
This knife has become a catch-and-release for me as I have found something else I'd like to own so this one is up on the chopping block today.
The sheath itself is in very good condition comes with a firesteel loop and has attachment points in 3 places and is double-stitched.
