Advice for a cheaper spring assist knife?

I've seen the Needs Work for like $25-$30. It's made in the USA, very sharp, very capable, easy to sharpen. The ideal canidate for a user AO knife.

ive seen the eagle scout knives around here and while they are pretty nice im not to sure if it would fit him to well. i did think about that though at first but meh just not seeing him using it all the time.

thanks for all the input

Gee, I'm not the first one to mention this, but get him a Kershaw "Needs Work". For the small amount of money they cost, you really can't go wrong with one of those. Trust me on this.

Leek, great knife and can be hade for $50 or cheaper.

Also, as others have said, it has a flipper, so the thunb studs aren't really required. Plus, I can use them fine, so their not that far back.
