Advice for EDC folder?

The Sebenza may be more economical in the long run. It may be cheaper to spend $300 now than spend $100 every couple years. You also might want to consider buying a used Sebenza. You could probably find a nice one for about $250-$300 and it would last the rest of your life.

As you can tell from my previous posts, I also am a fan of the Sebenza. However, I can well understand how many folks don't think they are worth the money, mainly due to their appearance. If I had one major dislike about my large classic, is that it looks far too socially correct. It has leather inserts, and looks cool, but also looks very boring and unexciting. Really that is my only complaint about the knife.

Probably, since I will hesitate to use it for any rough task ;)

Maybe some day... :)

mini afck..... excellent choice. I have two, black blade plain edge and satin blade combo edge. Never had a spot of rust, no blade play, and locks up tight. Sharp as you need and no problem sharpening. IMHO the mini afck and afck are the best benchmade produces. I have the 710, 705, 940, 720, and use the mini afck that is 8 yrs old over the others. Good choice.

I would suggest the Benchmade Mini-Griptilian. This model has become our 'Cheeseburger knife' in the shop. Millions sold!!!
Best bang for the buck out there in its price class.

Hey man, get a grip. Especially now that you can get them with the upscale D-2 blade material. Either size, although I personally find the mini a tad small in my mitt.
