Hi all,
looking for some quick advise here. I got a sword from DSA a while back, it was a 2 handed norman on sale, sharpened and all. I was quite pleased with the product , especially at the price point.
So I decided to get the 11th century viking sword, sharpened and with the upgraded sheath. The package came at 485CAD $. So about 9 business days of waiting I checked back with them for news having had no shipping confirmation and was surprised the learn that product was indeed shipped two days in from the purchase, but to the wrong address...so they sent the courier to get it back to give it to me...kinda disappointed right there to get a sword whose been in someone else's possession for about 2 weeks...but hey, I got the sword, further disappointments came because of a few scratches, nicks and a couples of small pitting and slight tip deviation, but what really did it for me, was they fact that not only have they shipped it to the wrong address, but the sword was not sharpened has paid for...now I am offered a refund for the sharpening and what it would cost to buy a accusharp to get a bevel on myself.
I am bothered at the idea of having to put perhaps hours of work in this brand new sword because of all these short comings...
here is my question: WOULD YOU SEND IT BACK FOR A FULL REFUND?
