Advice needed...

Hello Guys,

First post and of course looking for a little advice. I have a guy that lives near me downsizing his collection and had two that sparked my interest. The first is a brand new spyderco manix 2 cruwear with diamond scales and a benchmade 707 sequel that was just reconditioned by benchmade.
He's asking 140 for the spyderco and 100 for the benchmade. I don't want to insult him with a stupid offer so I'd like to hear what you guys think they are worth and what would be a decent offer.

I've looked at the prices new but have no idea what kind of hits the prices take when someone tries reselling them.
