Re: your knife...I'm no expert... But I somehow wound up with 3 Busse's at home, and a 4th on order... In a short time...
I don't mind the marks and scratches, dings and scrapes... To me they are like tattoos, sometimes scars... and remind me of what happened, where I was... I'd hate to see you cover all that up...
Right now you got a cool usable knife...
WTH maybe buy another one that has lived a charmed life in a safe someplace.

I had one just like it, mine was A2 and I would say that yours is also. It came with that Eagle sheath in the photo. Bought mine from Jerry at a gun show for $167. I should have kept mine, but I made someone a happy man when I traded it.
