Thanks! I hear ya, roughing out the radius's is a PITA. I just rough out the profile on the grinder, then use files and a Dremel to finish profiling it. I wrap sandpaper around a PVC pipe or a rubber coated drum sander spindle and that works well for finishing it up- just a bit more time consuming.
Got them in last night, made a tooling arm and tool rest and gave them a try on a blade I've been needing to fix. Worth every penny so far. Took me 2 mins to get a perfect radius. I put each one on and ran them for a min and they are all true. Only thing I wish I did was order some extra bearings when I ordered them just to have them in the shop. When I first bought my wheal package from OBM for flat platen drive wheel and tracking, one of the bearings went out after just very short period of time. OBM did send me some bearings free of charge, but I was down for a few days. I could pull one off of one of the other wheels in this case as I bought the 7 wheel package, but I'd rather have extras on hand. Def worth the money. I still want some of the rubber coated one, but I can slowly buy them now one at a time.
