Advice on Snowshoeing Survival Kit

While I was engaged in trying to lighten this kit, I added :rolleyes: one more item from my hunting pack: Small Rite-in-the-Rain notebook and pencil. You can leave an unprotected note without worrying about moisture ruining it.
