Advice on what to do with Ghostown Custom Buck

I inherited this knife a few years back. Its not really my style so I am thinking about selling it. Im struggling to find an example of another 505 for sale to compare pricing. Also, I am wondering if I should have jeweler clean and polish it. There are a couple micro notches in the blade I am guessing that I should leave those alone.
