Don't take it personally. Anyone with common sense knew that you were'nt out to offend, it's just that the internet and more specifically forums like this bring public communication to a new level, and unfortunately everybody gets to express themselves. 
Without pics, I do not understand the problem. Originally, it sounded like a heat-treat-related warp/cant to the blade that slipped through QC. Someone else above made it sound like an edge-grind issue (not a bevel/grind issue), which, if true, can indeed be sharpened out.
If it's an edge-grind issue and you're not a proficient sharpener, send her back. If it's a bevel/blade-shaping or warping issue, there's nothing you can do about it, so send it back. CRK will work with you either way. They do not stand out in a sea of knives for no good reason.
And sorry, but the Sebenza is not just a production knife.
