Advice Wanted: Food Prep SAK

I suggest the Victorinox Waiter SAK it is like the Bantam model but it has a corkscrew.

I'm thinking about this one too. I have the Bantam right now and those two tools would be even more awesome if I get an added corkscrew and maybe even the eyeglass screwdriver.

Kinda worried about the blade length though for food prep considering that it is a 84mm knife.
