Call them and explain your issues.......calmly and like a human.
I find speaking with someone gets better results.

I moved on.
Love my MRX..cannot say enough about it. Protech is awesome too.Same. After three lauches in a row with lock bounce, I swore of out-the-side autos not made by ProTech or RatWorx.
Also, later, out-the-side autos in general, but, that was more of a preference-based decision than a quality one. The Protech TR4 is still one of the best knives I’ve ever had, tied with the MRX Chain Drive.
I really want to get the full sized MRX clip point but they're a little too pricey at the moment. I'm sure I'll weasel my way into one eventually because I think they're worth it. It's just hard to step over two or three Protech autos to buy one.Love my MRX..cannot say enough about it. Protech is awesome too.
The only Launch I currently own is the 7. I have had ZERO isuues with it.
I found the problem you're having, blade not locking up consistently, is due to the spring not being engaged for the entire length of travel. There is only tension on the blade for half of the travel.
