I present to you, a very thin slicer with shaving sharpning. The cutting edge was 0.007 before
sharpening. Ground to a very thin tip, and tapered tang.The finish is acid stonewash.
Blade Steel : AEB-L.
Overall Length: 265 mm(10.43)
Cutting edge: 150 mm(5.91)
Thickness: 2.74 mm(0.108)
Width: 34 mm(1.34)
Handle: stabilized alder burl,vulcanised fiber, mosaic pins.
