For your consideration a knife made especially for cutting. The cutting edge before the sharpening was 0,0075. The blade finish is longitudinal satin. The handle are made out of Desert Ironwood(Incredibly durable against the moisture in the kitchen.)
This knife has NO sheath. If anyone wish, I can make leather sheath. It will cost extra $25.
Blade Steel : AEB-L.(61 HRC-tested)

Cutting edge: 110 mm(4.33”)
Thickness: 2.9 mm(0.11”)
Width: 26.5 mm(1.04”)
Handle: Desert Ironwood, brass pins.
