For your consideration a kitchen set, that I finished recently. It includes two knives, which have been made for your amusement in work with them in the kitchen. On both of them the cutting edge before the sharpening was 0,0075. The blade finish on both of them is longitudinal satin. You will end up feeling surprisingly satisfied if you see what slicers these guys are. Just keep your fingers away from them.
Both of the handles are made out of IPE. IPE (Brazilian walnut) is a natural hard, decking wood. Incredibly durable against the moisture in the kitchen.
