I have this blank that Ive not used and am too busy to fill it out..It has asligth imperfection so Im going to sell it cheap..Its .110 thick AEB-L stainless. The blade is 7 1/2" long overall with a 3 1/2" cutting edge..Its already heat treated..
Heres the HT info..
15 min soak @ 1560° then a 10 min soak @ 1975°
Plate quench into a sub zero quench..Two two hour temper cycles to 60-61 rc..
Its full flat ground down to appx 0.010 at the edge..It has a distal taper, the imperfection is that the distal taper is just a bit off towards the front..I took a pic but its hard to tell..Not bad and wont affect the knife of course but its there and I want to be honest about it..So with this in mind Ill sell it to someone for $29 shipped priority..My paypal is wolfcreekforge@bellsouth.net
